Job Opportunity: Athletic Director

The Evans County Charter School System seeks a motivated Athletic Director to lead its athletic programs. This flexible position is open to full-time, part-time, or other arrangements, with a preference for candidates with administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee middle and high school athletic programs, budgets, staff, and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with GHSA rules and Title IX requirements.
• Coordinate events, schedules, and the Tiger Athletic Club.
• Support student-athlete academic success and college recruitment.
• Foster strong school-community relationships.

Qualifications

• Required: Georgia teaching/leadership certificate and 5 years of coaching experience.
• Preferred: Master’s in Educational Leadership/Sports Administration and program management experience.
